RARB Seeks Community Submissions of Rediscovered Albums

Postby michaelmarcus » Fri Nov 22, 2013 11:40 am

Continuing with one of our panel topics from SoJam 2013 “RARB: Celebrate the Critic!” and as part of our 2.0 launch, we’re looking to publish some of your thoughts on recordings from the bygone years in our Rediscovered Albums Series. RARB is now accepting community submissions to highlight albums released at least five years ago (before 2008). Now's your chance to shine a spotlight on some classics.

Is there an a cappella album from yesteryear that still holds up today? Why do you love it? Would you be willing to write a few paragraphs about it? It doesn’t have to be in our reviewer format, we really want your thoughts on why an album is a favorite of YOURS.

The album can be previously reviewed on our site “rediscovered” or new to us and “rediscovered” by you. Submissions should be less than 1000 words.

Send your submissions to: submissions@rarb.org.

The RARB editorial team reserves the right to accept or deny any submissions, and to edit for clarity and factual accuracy. Numerical track and overall scores will not be used for Rediscovered Album reviews.
