Looking for Comos's latest album Pasaki man un tev

Postby davecharliebrown » Sat Apr 03, 2010 9:43 am

Anybody know where I can find the latest album by Cosmos? According to Wikipedia, it's called Pasaki man un tev.

I've called around, RARB doesn't have it, CASA doesn't have it, it never got submitted for the CARAs, it's not on iTunes, their website URL just forwards to their FB page, which doesn't mention the album... hmph. So I'm turning to RARB for help.

Any leads would be appreciated. Thanks!

Not really helpful to your specific question, but I saw Cosmos in Sweden and their set was incredible. And not only that, they were the sweetest, nicest guys as well. With cool clothes.

In conclusion: Cosmos. Yes.

What Nick said. One of the best live A Cappella experiences I ever had - COSMOS puts on a great show! I'm hoping to attend (and give a workshop at) the VokaLarm A Cappella Festival in Norway this October, and one of the main reasons is to see COSMOS again!

By way of update, I wanted y'all to know that Jánis Ozols from Cosmos personally replied to my email--so nice--and told me that their latest album is actually a kids' album. It only has a few tracks, and it's like fairy tale music.

So... we were going to review it on Mouth Off... but nevermind. :)

But if you're interested in purchasing their music, he sent me this link, which is apparently their online store:

And to respond to what y'all said here, word seems to be that Cosmos is amazing live. I'll have to add that to my aca bucket list!

Well, do it quick - word on the street says that COSMOS may be no more after this year as they want to pursue other individual and instrumental paths. This is one of the major reasons I will be traveling to Norway in October for the VokaLarm A Cappella Festival in Trondheim. You should come too! On top of this, the concerts will also include Rajaton, Apes & Babes, Pust, and others. Jake Moulton (of the House Jacks) will be giving workshops on Vocal Percussion, I'll be doing a recording workshop, and of course the great groups above will be doing clinics and just be around to hang out with. I know it's a long way to go, but make a vacation of it - it's a beautiful country! :-) http://www.vokalarm.no

Cosmos is a popular group and I am sure that you can find the album on the net. You can read the bestessays.com.au reviews to check whether there are any crowd given sources. I am sure that it can help you find the album.
